Ingredients</h2>

<ul>
<li>1 cup white onion (diced)</li>
<li>7 cloves garlic (chopped)</li>
<li>1 1/4 cup red pepper (diced)</li>
<li>2 tbsp fresh flat parsley (chopped)</li>
<li>2 tbsp crushed red pepper</li>
<li>2 tsp ground cumin</li>
<li>1 tbsp sumac</li>
<li>1 tsp koshering salt</li>
<li>1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves (chopped)</li>
<li>1 1/2 lbs ground lamb</li>
<li>1/2 lbs ground beef (85% lean for binding)</li>
<li>2 tbsp white flour</li>
</ul>

Directions</h2>

<ol>
<li>Mix everything together well and refrigerate for at least one hour</li>
<li>Form into whateveer</li>
<li>Grill for a few minutes per side <em>or</em> broil for ~7 minutes per side</li>
